My Dad's best friend
Michael was my dad, Paul Burke's, best friend in basic. Michael was injured in boot camp and so finished after my dad. My father went to Vietnam before Michael and was shot in January 1966, medically discharged February 1967. Michael went later and was killed. I grew up hearing about Michael and will finally get to DC this month to see his name on the wall. God Bless and Semper Fi Michael. Ooh Rah
