THE WALL OF FACES

Corky, it was during April and May 1966 that we attended tank maintenance school at Camp Del Mar. What I remember most was your sense of rumor and your infectious laughter.

Corky, my brother, it's been almost fifty years since that horrible night when you died. I have been able to have a wonderful life, a life that I truly owe to you. You made the ultimate sacrifice to a friend, one who will never forget. Thank you and rest in peace my brother.
