Honoring my Cousin
Fifty years ago today (May 20, 1967) my cousin Ronald Marvin Cooley gave his life for our country. I was at his Indiana home when the military arrived with the news. I will never forget that day. Ronnie's Mom Phyllis is my Mom Gladys' sister. Rest in peace dear cousin. Thank you for your service and ultimate sacrifice.
