Biography
Paul Eugene Baltzell served with the Army in Vietnam between 1968 and 1969. He lost his life as a result of illness believed to have been contracted in country.

Daddy I love you and I miss you ever day what a wonderful man, thanks for playing ball with me sorry the last time I saw you I was so scared and didn't huge you when you asked me to all the machines and tubs I Was frightened. I joined the Navy and crashed at sea I saved 4 people I felt a presence I figured it was you and jessus I had two boys you would be proud of them I haven't done well with out you life has been very difficult happy to have been your son love joe.
