Phillip Wayne Fletcher
Phillip was born June 27, 1948 in San Antonio, Texas to Robert Adrian and Beatrice Fletcher. He was the youngest of five siblings, Shirley, Patsy, Carolyn and Robert Adrian, Jr. He graduated from Mccollum High School in 1967. Phillip joined the Army in 1968 and served one tour in Vietnam. He married Margaret Bierschwale on November 27, 1970 and they had two children, Jennifer (Kirk) and Christopher (Rita) and five grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kolby, Kassie, Fayth and Ethan. After leaving the Army, Phillip worked at Central Freight Lines for over 40 years. He coached T-ball and Little League baseball for nearly twelve years. Phillip also enjoyed being part of the B&B Racing team. He was a dedicated family man and loved to have the whole family together always. Phillip enjoyed traveling with all his siblings and their spouses as well as with the "Get A Long Gang" which consisted of three other couples who all have been friends for 48 years. He passed away on July 24, 2018 due to numerous illnesses related to Agent Orange exposure. Phillip's love of life and kind spirit has left such a void in so many lives.
