Rest in peace my Marine buddy!
I learned of your passing in about 2008 while in out patient treatment for PTSD at Seattle VA via a board post to find you. After 1975 or 76 you dropped off the grid! No computers or web in those days. We served in DaNang and made fast friends. We were both baseball nuts. You convinced me to stay a second tour and I did. So many memories. We both went home. I was at Pendleton and you were in Santa Monica. We had great times on weekends. I attended your wedding in 1968. I got married in Nov 1968. We both got discharged and lived with the demons! You and Linda and the kids came to Bellevue to visit and go camping and fishing a couple of times. Sweet times! Then you disppeared. Finally after all the years I found out via your brother. Wish you could have called me. I may have helped. Will miss you more than any of my 30 year fellow cop buddies!
Semper Fi my friend! You were a great friend and Marine!
