This hero served as the S-3 Operations Officer of the
6th Battalion, 29th Field Artillery

At the time of his loss, he was on an artillery direct support coordination mission to a Special Forces A-Team camp, north of Ben Het, South Vietnam.
A tragic loss of a truly fine man.
