The Uncle I Never Met
Posted for: DONALD ROBERT SIMON:
I may have never met you but I think about you often. I see how much you are loved and missed every time I mention your name. Mom says I would've liked you a lot. I wish I knew how to thank you enough for your sacrifice. Men like you made it possible for me to live a happy life and raise my daughter with the freedom that so many take for granted. When she is old enough I will take her to visit your grave and make sure that she understands to never forget the men who gave their lives for her. I will teach her to respect their memories and to always thank them for their service. Your memory will live on and you will never be forgotten. Thank you. You are missed and loved....Sherri,Jeff,and Madison
