My remembrance keeps being flagged as SPAM. How do I fix the issue?

VVMF recently updated its Wall of Faces system and your computer may be pulling up an old system. Please follow the following steps:

1. Go into your computer settings. Delete your website history and cookies.
2. Log back into www.vvmf.org/wall-of-faces
3. Re-type your remembrance on the Wall of Faces page.
4. At the bottom of the remembrance form, click on the CAPTCHA that lets us know you are not a robot.

Once you have clicked the CAPTCHA, hit SUBMIT and the remembrance should post.

I submitted a text remembrance with a photo but the photo has not appeared. Why isn’t it showing up?

When individuals submit text remembrances with a photo, the photo may need to be approved by one of our staff members. The text remembrance may show up before your photo but that does not mean it hasn't been submitted. It may take 2-3 days for a photo to be approved.

I made a mistake on my remembrance post. Am I allowed to edit it?

Unfortunately, there is no editing feature after a person has submitted a remembrance. If you need help correcting a remembrance for a veteran, please contact us and one of our staff members would be happy to help you.

My remembrance was flagged as spam or has disappeared. How can I get it back on the website?

When remembrances are flagged as SPAM by other users they are hidden from public view. If you believe your remembrance has been removed by mistake, please contact us and a staff member will be in touch with you.
