Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (VVMF) and John Ransom Phillips are partnering on a special online exhibit that will explore Phillips’ artwork and its exploration of American narrative, history and patriotism. Artist, writer, director, and philanthropist, Phillips’ artwork has been featured in major art centers around the world.
From now until December 30, 2015, Phillips has chosen a special way to give back. For every painting that is sold from this special online collection, 50% of the proceeds will be donated to VVMF. Contributions will go towards continuing VVMF's mission to honor and preserve the legacy of service in America and educate all generations about the impact of the Vietnam War and era. “I am grateful for the freedoms that I enjoy every day, but at the same time, I recognize that there are many that paid the ultimate sacrifice for this freedom. I may not know them all, but I owe them all,” said Phillips.
VVMF is thankful that Phillips has chosen this special way to give back and we are grateful for his support in helping us continue our work to honor those who serve and sacrifice.
