Rear Admiral Thomas Lynch Elected to Board of Directors
Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund expands Board
Washington, D.C. – Rear Admiral Thomas C. Lynch, USN retired, has been elected to the Board of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (VVMF). Currently, he is Executive Chairman of NewDay USA and co-chairs the firm’s Foundation.
Admiral Lynch served in the U.S. Navy for 31 years, commanding the Eisenhower Battle Group during Operation Desert Shield. A former U.S. Naval Academy Superintendent and 1964 graduate, he was selected as a Distinguished Graduate in 2010.
Since his naval retirement in 1995, Admiral Lynch has held senior leadership positions at Safeguard Scientifics, CompuCom Systems and the Staubach Company and now serves as a board member of several private, public and charitable organizations.
