To request educational materials from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, please complete the information below. You can submit the form online or, if you prefer, print it and fax it to (202) 393-0029.

When requesting materials, please keep in mind that the Memorial Fund has limited quantities of materials and can provide the materials to current classroom teachers only. The Memorial Fund has the right to limit the quantity of materials sent to an individual.

The Memorial Fund is currently unable to ship our curriculum materials outside of the United States and Canada.
