    I AM BRUCE W RANEY FRIEND WHO HAD BILL VISIT IN HIALEAH FL. LAST TIME I SAW BILL , NICE KID THEN . WISH HE WOULD OF MADE IT HOME . A FUE YEARS AGO I CALLED , AND TALKED TO A BOY WHO SAID HE WAS HIS BROTHERS SON . WHAT A WAST, HAD A LIFE TO LIVE AND LOST IT TO A LIE. A WAR FOR NOTHING BUT DEATH . WISH WE COULD OF CHANGED PLACES .
