Leave a Remembrance

  • To a good Buddy.

Not a day passes that I don't think of you. It should have been me instead of you. Still remember the laughs and good times we had together. Went to California City recently but you were not there. I guess the next time in Barstow I will look you up. Been going to the 3/3 reunions and was real sad to see your name on the Wall along with Blunkall. I remember your ambitions an lo they must of carried over to me for I did go to college and become a teacher. I remember you wanted to study polical science and enter politics. I'm sure you would have made a considerable difference. To your family, I want to tell them you were a great buddy. Vernon D. Randall (Sgt) H&S Co. 3rd Bn 3rd Marines.

The Wall of Faces

Brought to you by the organization that built The Wall, the Vietnam Veterans Virtual Memorial Wall is dedicated to honoring, remembering and sharing the legacies of all those who died in the Vietnam War. Here you can go beyond the names on The Wall to see the faces, share the stories and read the remembrances posted by friends, neighbors, classmates and family members.
