Daddy went to Heaven in 2011 and I pray you and he are having a good time fishing and swapping stories. Daddy was a 30 year Marine Veteran and gave his life to service -- you gave your all! I miss you Uncle Peter and pray to see you someday and share some of those amazing stories you and daddy have to tell!

Pete and I served together in Vietnam. He was in Bravo company and I was in HHC. He was a great friend! It was a sad day when I heard he was KIA. Rest in Peace my friend, you are not forgotten.

The Wall of Faces

Brought to you by the organization that built The Wall, the Vietnam Veterans Virtual Memorial Wall is dedicated to honoring, remembering and sharing the legacies of all those who died in the Vietnam War. Here you can go beyond the names on The Wall to see the faces, share the stories and read the remembrances posted by friends, neighbors, classmates and family members.

All of these photos will be showcased in The Education Center at The Wall on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. To learn more about the effort to collect these photos and ensure their faces will never be forgotten, visit www.buildthecenter.org.
