    Corporal Bierman - I never knew you, but your picture and name are displayed with pride in my home. We share a last name. We are likely related, though I haven’t figured out exactly how, yet. We both served - you the Marines, I the Army. As long as I live, you will be honored and remembered by me and my family.

    THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AS A RIFLEMAN. SEMPER FI. ON YOUR WALL, THERE IS THIS ADORABLE PHOTO OF YOU WITH 2 PUPPIES. SIGH. WE ARE ABOUT TO SPRING AHEAD FOR LIGHT SAVINGS TIME. YOU, AND THOSE LIKE YOU ARE THE BRIGHT LIGHT. IT HAS BEEN FAR TOO LONG FOR ALL OF YOU TO HAVE BEEN GONE. WE APPRECIATE ALL YOU HAVE DONE, AND YOUR SACRIFICE.
