  • Part of my life

I never knew you, but you've been a part of my life for, around, 40 years, as a name on a silver bracelet. You've moved with me from house to house, state to state as I've grown up. This is the first picture I've seen of you. I've wanted your family to have the bracelet, but no luck.

  • If I should die...remembrances for LCDR Kenneth Keith KNABB, JR, USN...who died for our country!!!!!

If I should die, and leave you here awhile, be not like others, sore undone, who keep long vigils by the silent dust, and weep...for MY sake, turn again to life, and smile...Nerving thy heart, and trembling hand to do something to comfort other hearts than thine...Complete these dear, unfinished tasks of mine...and I, perchance, may therein comfort you.
