  • a life that was fighting for

Jack,It's been 47 years .nothing has changed, wars still going on, looks like the America you knew has gone. Our freedom is being taken away . our children have no respect for anyone, race wars were on the mend. now its worse then the 60s. people out of work, by the thousands, food prices out of this world. we are tinkering on the brink of destruction for all mankind. as i look back on the 60s,things were much different then, you could still find love in people. peace was there, respect for lives was there. loving God was there. all of that is gone now, its just a remembrance of what was. our Lord and savior is on his way, looks like ill be getting to see you in a blink of and eye. i pray for this world. every thing is so evil now. until i see you again . love you.Judy

The Wall of Faces

Brought to you by the organization that built The Wall, the Vietnam Veterans Virtual Memorial Wall is dedicated to honoring, remembering and sharing the legacies of all those who died in the Vietnam War. Here you can go beyond the names on The Wall to see the faces, share the stories and read the remembrances posted by friends, neighbors, classmates and family members.

All of these photos will be showcased in The Education Center at The Wall on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. To learn more about the effort to collect these photos and ensure their faces will never be forgotten, visit www.buildthecenter.org.
