I am a former Marine, 69, 70 ,71. I never knew JOHNIE, but I am sure he is missed dearly. He died on my 19th birthday. He never really knew what living is all about dying that young. At that age as a Marine I thought I was grown. I have had the experience he will never know. Seeing your own children grow up. I hope you who love him will never forget what he did for his Country and family. I pass through Round Lake everytime I go to P.C. beach. I will stop the next time I go to P.C. to pay tribute to a fellow MARINE.

The Wall of Faces

Brought to you by the organization that built The Wall, the Vietnam Veterans Virtual Memorial Wall is dedicated to honoring, remembering and sharing the legacies of all those who died in the Vietnam War. Here you can go beyond the names on The Wall to see the faces, share the stories and read the remembrances posted by friends, neighbors, classmates and family members.
