Billy and I served together at the nuc in 1967. We became good friends. We were separated when we were ordered to West Pac. I last spoke with Billy at Phu Bai, Feb. 68. I heard he had fallen not long after. His memory is still with me 50 years later. God Bless His Soul.

    Dear Lcpl William Daniels,
Thank you for your service as a Wireman. Today is Good Friday, and Passover begins tonight. Easter is coming up. Happy Easter. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
