    DEAR WARRANT OFFICER ANDERSON.
    THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AS A CARGO HELICOPTER PILOT WITH THE 1ST CAVALRY. I HAD A FRIEND WHOSE BROTHER WAS ALSO 1ST CAV AND DIED IN PHUOC LONG. I HOPE YOU GREETED HIM IT IS THE ANNIVERSARY OF 9/11. WE ARE REMEMBERING MORE HEROES. WE MUST ALSO HONOR AND REMEMBER YOU. REST IN PEACE.

    My name is tom Blomenkamp I was in the same unit as John after 45 years I went to the wall and visited my brothers I left a helicopter at the wall for the crew of 106 .
