Lilly is well-versed in the issues facing veterans who suffer from PTSD and has become a valuable ally to the staff of the OIF/OEF program who need resources for veterans of those conflicts.

Lilly has worked for the federal government for almost 14 years, both for the U.S. Marshals Service and the Department of Veterans Affairs.  She has volunteered for the Vietnam Women's Memorial Project for almost 13 years.
